Farinata

Traditional italian specialty from Liguria region. It has been made the same way since the 13th century.

Description: With crispy top and soft body, this flat tortilla-like specialty is served as it is with fresh grounded black pepper on top. A delicious gluten free snack.

Ingredients: Organic chickpeas flour, organic extra virgin olive oil, sea salt.

Farinata Farcita

A more substantial variation of the classic Farinata, it is made to order with various toppings.
Suggested toppings are:
- Tomatoes and gorgonzola cheese
- Pancetta and honey
- Leek, mushrooms and Piave cheese

Ingredients: Organic chickpeas flour, organic extra virgin olive oil, sea salt.
